Who can book a service?

Currently, Nostalgia Spa is open to everyone ages 10+ (adult must stay with any minor during the session).

I have extra pillows on hand, in case you are expecting or have reflux. We can adjust your session to side lying instead of face down.

I don’t want a specific area of my body touched. Is that ok?

Of course. Your comfort is the top priority. These ASMR sessions focus on the arms, shoulders, hands, face, head, neck, and back. Your sessions can be tailored to your comfort.

What should I wear during my session?

A lot of people, especially if they’re wearing leggings or yoga pants, will stay dressed from the waist down. Above the waist, it should be based on your comfort, but a lot of people want to fully experience the tools and tingles, and therefore undress as they would for a massage.

Should I wear my hair down?

Tools work best through clean, dry hair. Leaving hair down allows for combing, brushing, and gentle massage.

Nostalgia Spa is located just off of 71/Polaris Pkwy on Sancus Blvd. The exact address will be provided in your appointment confirmation.
